As a Channel Partner Engineer on the Llama team, you will play a pivotal role in leading partner integrations and developing scalable solutions to enhance partner enablement. You will work closely with our channel partners to understand their technical requirements, design and implement solutions, and optimize deployments to ensure the success of our AI models across a broad set of partner infrastructures.

Partner Engineer, Llama Responsibilities:

  • Lead channel partner integrations and enablement projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Gather and analyze partner requirements, translating them into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for partner deployments, including integration guides and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve partner-specific issues, providing timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement partner solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the optimization of Llama model deployments within partner infrastructures.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable solutions for partner enablement.
  • Participate in partner-facing technical discussions and presentations.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of business function-specific evaluations and benchmarks.
  • Collect and document technical feedback from partners and their customers.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, partner engineering, or related technical roles
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding AI/ML technologies, cloud infrastructures, and enterprise software deployments
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience working independently, take initiative on ambiguous projects, and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with partner integrations and technical requirement gathering
  • Proven problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Proven communication skills, with demonstrated experience to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building Gen AI Apps
  • Experience working with businesses on AI/ML deployments
  • Experience working with Llama or other large language models
  • Experience with cloud-based AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker or Google Cloud AI Platform
  • Familiarity with multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices in AI/ML deployments
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization of AI models

$147,000/year to $203,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
