The Strategy & Insights team within Meta's Communications & Public Affairs organization is seeking an experienced professional to drive operations and key programs for our Communications Measurement Team (CMT). CMT works across all teams at Meta and provides insightful, analytical reports and measurement solutions that have a direct impact on decisions made within the company. This role is integral to the development and implementation of operational efficiency initiatives for this highly visible function.
Operations Manager, Communications & Public Affairs Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of CMT, including managing external agency relationships and ensuring seamless execution of complex reporting workflows
- Operationalize and project manage key cross-functional CMT initiatives
- Design, operationalize, and manage processes that enable the team to move fast and do awesome things
- Lead CMT's communications strategy and connectivity with the broader Communications & Public Affairs organization and Meta

- 8+ years experience in strategy, operations or project/program management, or comparable experience
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience bringing together cross-functional stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Experience demonstrating strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Public Relations, Broadcast, or related field
- Prior experience working in technology sector

$145,000/year to $204,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
