They will be a masterful storyteller that possesses exceptional skills in creating original, effective positioning, messaging, and content that resonates with varied audiences. Experience distilling complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives is essential.As this role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with Product Marketing, Industry and Audience Marketing, Sales, Research, Communications and more, they'll demonstrate a proven track record of success in cross-functional collaboration.

Marketing Manager, Family of Apps Solutions Marketing Responsibilities:
- Set strategy and direction for a subset of Meta's family of apps business solutions that brings solutions to life and drives outcomes.
- Understand and communicate the industry and competitive landscape and Meta's role within it.
- Craft simple, compelling and distinct positioning that helps shape and transform how businesses understand what we offer.
- Create source code messaging and materials for your area of business, translating positioning into enablement (e.g., decks, guides) that empower internal partners to scale the strategic thinking and messaging to small and large advertisers around the world.
- Measure the success of marketing efforts to understand what's working and shape plans for the future.
- Collaborate with key partners within Product Marketing, Industry and Audience Marketing, Sales, Research, Communications, etc. to understand their needs and identify opportunities to collaborate and activate. Consult to ensure messaging manifests consistently across the activations that matter most.
- BA/BS degree in business or a related field
- 7+ years of experience developing strategy, product positioning, messaging, enablement and marketing programs, including product marketing, strategic planning, communications planning, or business strategy roles in marketing organizations or advertising agencies
- Experience using data to inform marketing decisions
- Experience with the digital advertising landscape
- Experience synthesizing complex technology products and client needs into simple, powerful stories
- Communication and presentation experience
- Project management experience and prioritization
- Experience operating in cross-functional roles
- Experience with agile development methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment
- Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite) and PowerPoint
- Experience with creator marketing solutions and engaging formats (i.e. short form video etc.)

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
