Meta is seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader with demonstrated success growing established and emerging business categories, and building high performing teams with collaborative environment. The Head of Industry will lead the sales and go-to-market strategy for the eCommerce, Gaming, and Travel verticals in both Taiwan and Hong Kong. The qualified candidate can work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market strategies for their clients and their teams. They will have achieved success as leaders of change/operational rigor by introducing new performance measures, processes and systems. They can create and deploy strategies for the future that drive tangible results for both established and emerging business categories. In this role, they will build and manage a strategically focused and consultative sales team, selling Meta advertising solutions to partners and clients at all stages of the funnel.This role requires a hands-on sales coach to develop talent and manage performance, while working directly alongside the industry team with client C-levels and executive teams to drive mutual success. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success, dealing with ambiguity and successfully managing tenured, distributed teams with problem-solving leadership and limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have solid experience in a sales environment, fluency in direct response marketing and measurement strategies, and experience selling cross-network online marketing solutions within the digital marketing industry.

Head of Industry, eCommerce, Gaming, and Travel Responsibilities:
- Develop the vision and architect strategies to grow the eCommerce, Gaming, and Travel verticals in both Taiwan and Hong Kong.
- Identify strategies to grow throughout the verticals and scale to Taiwan and Hong Kong markets.
- Build, train and maintain a world-class, high performing team with a broad range of experiences, perspectives, approaches, and backgrounds to support established and emerging partners.
- Work with cross-functional teams to optimize our efforts and align the priorities to achieve the growth.
- Foster learning and sharing, developing a collaborative environment, which empowers the team.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta, including a good understanding of working with performance marketing focused partners.
- Ensure high operation rigor, including sales forecasting and direct client management.
- Proven experience as a leader of setting strategic vision, driving revenue, and achieving operational rigor by introducing performance measures, processes and systems.
- Experience with Direct Response Marketing and demonstrated experience using data to craft strategy.
- Experience with digital advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends.
- Executive presence and gravitas that will inspire the team around a common vision.
- Experience partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams in highly matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated capacity to adapt and prioritize against rapidly changing environments to drive growth.
- Hands-on coaching experience to develop client-oriented consultative sellers and a track record of helping others succeed.
- Experience in managing eCommerce clients to transform their business.
- Experience in marketing or sales positions, with a proven track record of creating, implementing, and executing innovative solutions that leverage business acumen and industry expertise to amplify existing programming across the company.
- Experience forging relationships with marketing leaders and C-suite partners at brands, agencies, and major media partners.
- Based in either Taiwan or Hong Kong, with a requirement to travel frequently to the other market. Mandarin and English fluency is mandatory.
