Growth Marketing Manager

This individual will be responsible for developing programs that drive business outcomes for Meta's largest and most advanced Advertisers. They will create strategies of different scales; from 1:1 consultations all the way up to large-multi client events/trainings and lead workshop development for our tentpole events such as Meta Performance Marketing Summit. The team's current marketing programs are focused on the tactical guidance and advanced optimizations / strategy that will improve advertiser ROAS and drive incremental revenue for the business.
Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy and execute marketing programs that align with business priorities (e.g. best practices, Reels, etc.) by assessing advertiser needs and defining scope for, proposing, and gaining leadership alignment for new opportunities
- Orchestrate the production of large-scale educational programs (in person events, webinars, content marketing campaigns, etc.) that educate advertisers and guide decision making of actions that will improve their business outcomes
- Assess advertiser strategy and identify opportunities to adjust tactics, develop strategies, and create scalable workshops that improve client results
- Own marketing program that focuses on and scales innovative, up-and-coming strategies that are driving results for our most advanced advertisers

- 7+ years professional experience in marketing in a digital advertising focused role
- Demonstrated expertise in paid social advertising, specifically Meta's advertising suite
- Experience to communicate complex, strategic concepts within digital advertising clearly and concisely
- Experience with analyzing data sets and delivering insights in Advertisements Manager, Excel, or data visualization tools
- Experience creating effective campaigns and presentations
- Experience to form effective partnerships with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, or other data and analytics tools
- Experience training or mentoring others on digital strategy
- Experience with A/B testing and lift based measurement
- Experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
