Finance Manager, Infrastructure Server Engineering

Meta is seeking a Finance Manager to join its Server Infrastructure Engineering team, which will play a critical role in developing strategies and defining our server infrastructure investments. In this role, you will directly influence how Meta scales its server infrastructure to support growth in our AI, Compute and Storage requirements. You will work on impactful strategic initiatives, deliver business analytics and insights, and facilitate business decisions. You will also contribute meaningfully to business planning & forecasting and support strategic projects with opportunities for broad cross-functional interactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and cutting-edge technology and you will get to make a meaningful impact on Meta's server technology roadmap at a global scale.

Finance Manager, Infrastructure Server Engineering Responsibilities:
  • Analyze drivers of server total cost of ownership and develop financial models to influence strategic decisions.
  • Provide clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks and opportunities to the leadership team.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, supply chain operations, Finance, Accounting and other teams, to ensure alignment and drive strategic goals.
  • Craft concise and insightful presentations and documents with financial summaries and analytical views to support decision making for the leadership team.
  • Identify and drive initiatives to continuously improve, automate and scale modeling, reporting and processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of finance or financial planning and analysis experience
  • 3+ years of hardware or software engineering finance experience
  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent
  • Proficiency in building scalable financial models with Excel and experience working with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams to align with goals and program manage the workstream to achieve goals
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or MS in quantitative field
  • Experience in server hardware to support AI, Compute, Storage and/or Networking at a tech company
  • Detail-oriented and experience to multi-task and shift priorities quickly under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience to distill vast amount of information into a clear and concise story
  • Experience developing frameworks and solutions to high-level questions with limited supervision
  • Experience navigating ambiguity, tackling unstructured problems, and driving clarity in fast-paced environments

$115,000/year to $166,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
