In this high-impact role, you'll build advanced financial models, develop strategic forecasts, and deliver actionable insights that inform our infrastructure investment roadmap - covering Servers, Data Centers, and Networking. Finance Associate - Infrastructure, Strategic Modeling & Planning Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to forecast infrastructure needs aligned with Meta's product roadmap.
- Provide strategic recommendations for investments in AI-enabling infrastructure such as Servers, Data Centers, and Networking.
- Translate complex business drivers into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making at the highest levels.
- Craft thoughtful documents and memos to communicate findings and present strategic insights to finance leadership and key stakeholders.
- Serve as a thought partner to business leaders - contributing your perspective and point of view on the right set of actions to drive the business forward.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, corporate finance or a Masters degree or PhD with 2+ years of professional work experience
- Demonstrated foundation in spreadsheet-based financial modeling, translate open-ended business questions into structured, analytical models
- Experience in forecasting, planning, variance analysis and drawing insights from data
- Experience in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides as well as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office tools
- Experience with SQL and experience using it to support data-driven analysis
- Experience managing Long Range Planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Experience to building relationships with business partners and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with statistical programming languages such as R
- Experience supporting research or hardware engineering teams and navigating complex product portfolios
- Understanding of technical infrastructure or manufacturing industry concepts (e.g., servers, data centers, fiber networks, factory operations)
- Experience navigating ambiguity, tackling unstructured problems, and driving clarity in fast-paced environments
- Experience in finance, strategy, or operations within a high-growth or technology-focused environment
