Meta's Enterprise Solutions team creates and optimizes technology solutions for each employee throughout their Meta journey. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Enterprise team. The successful candidate must be forward-thinking with a demonstrated skillset to drive business prioritization and planning, demand forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time position.
Enterprise Solutions Analyst Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain business demand forecasts for teams within Enterprise Solutions, enabling informed resource allocation and planning that fits each of the pillar business models.
- Create and manage forecast and demand models to match demand with our budget cycle, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Work with internal business groups to acquire an understanding of the products and demand
- Develop, track and analyze key parameters and variables that inform business forecasts, providing insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Lead the annual and quarterly budgeting coordination for Enterprise Solutions, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Includes financial variance analysis, business drivers, scenario simulations, business narratives and efficiency planning.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform business decisions, including efficiency assessments, ROI calculations, and trade-off evaluations.
- Develop and maintain efficiency metrics across Enterprise Solutions, identifying opportunities for further efficiencies.
- Drive requirements for tooling and automation to support budget management, modeling and other measurement needs. Partner with data science on simulation tools and models.
- Drive and collaborate on cross-functional projects and programs that impact costs and efficiencies across the organization.

- 3+ years of experience in business operations, finance, operations research, or a related field
- 3+ years experience with budgeting tools and software (e.g., Oracle, financial planning software, Excel)
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with interpreting complex data sets
- Evidence of communication and collaboration skills, works effectively with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and organizational skills, demonstrated experience of prioritization across multiple tasks and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience working in a technology or engineering environment
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

$122,000/year to $177,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
