Description
Performs risk analysis and prepares reporting packages to support Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programs, including reporting for various ERM committees comprised of senior executives and members of the Board of Directors. Conducts economic, financial market and industry research to support key ERM program initiatives as assigned and directed by superiors. Participates in group-wide ERM related initiatives comprised of cross-functional teams? initiatives may include development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies, improvement of risk management processes and analyses, and implementation of regulatory ERM requirements. Supports work to identify future sources of risk and the development of recommendations or solutions on how to mitigate.

Responsibilities
- Supports operations of the function by performing routine analyses as assigned and directed by superiors.
- Assists with preparation of materials and reporting packages for key meetings, including ERM committee meetings.
- Assist with the preparation of Liberty Mutuals Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), and conduct modeling and analysis required for annual updates.
- Assists with conducting research and analysis on existing and emerging risks. May support implementation and drafting recommendations.
- Assists with conducting analysis to support Liberty Mutuals advocacy positions on ERM and regulatory capital related proposals.
- Provides support for assessments of Liberty Mutuals ERM program by external parties such as rating agencies and regulators.
- Participates in group-wide ERM related initiatives comprised of cross-functional teams.
- Competencies typically acquired through a bachelors degree in a quantitative field
- A Master`s degree is preferred
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience is required
