• Drive excitement for an automation first new era of creativity, as AI continues to grow and mature for creative solutions.
• Continually inspire our clients and creative industries with a vision of what creative automation and diversification can do for their business and how it translates into campaigns on our platforms.
• Work with diverse, cross-functional teams to refine and scale your creative approaches for maximum impact across Meta's Platforms
• Continually work to invent new ways to power up creativity through automation in order to boost business growth whilst driving value for people and communities.
• Work hands-on to bring ideas to life. This is a position for builders/creators. Scale your team's ideas across the globe.

• 5+ years' experience gained from working at startups, creative agencies, in-house creative teams especially at eCommerce or App business, independent business or non-traditional content creators with focus on paid social media performance and eCommerce campaigns (Automated Creative/AI Generated Creative/ASC/Advantage+/Performance campaigns/Catalogs/Product Level Video/Smartly experience preferred).
• Data fluency - you are happy getting your hands dirty with data, measurement and you are willing to learn new tools.
• Strategic thinking - you can distill data into unique insights, with proven ability to use them to inform creative decisions.
• Automation affinity - an interest and experience with AI in general and GenAi in particular are preferred.
• Entrepreneurial. We're still only 1% done - this team is inventing everyday and it takes tenacity, a learning mindset, bravery and the ability to see the big opportunities to thrive here.
• Inspiration and influence - you have the proven ability to translate ideas into presentations and successfully influence clients, partners and teams with it. You are comfortable owning controversial rooms with a complex set of stakeholders.
• Latest work samples required.

• Russian and / or Ukrainian language command as a bonus.
• Experience in the Gaming industry as a bonus.
