Accessories Business Development Manager, MR - EMEA

We are seeking a highly analytical and organized individual to join our team as an Accessories Business Development Manager, in the EMEA region. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for helping to devise and implement a sales strategy for the different regions within EMEA and at the customer level, aligned with overall organizational goals.The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across internal cross-functional partners - including Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations. The position entails establishing and strengthening relationships with Meta 3P Retail partners in the EMEA market to drive the Meta MR hardware and Accessories Attach vision.The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, driven to make Meta "our retail partner's best partner", and thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.This role requires candidate to be located in the London Meta RL office a minimum of three days a week and remote for no more than two days per week. This role requires the ability to travel to meet key accounts face to face on a weekly basis.

Accessories Business Development Manager, MR - EMEA Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and managing the Accessories and Attach business within the MR category
  • Driving & executing-against provided business and marketing budgets
  • Ensuring forecast accuracy goals are met and communicates risks against internal demand plan
  • Leveraging sales dashboards and tools to share account insights and provide clear and timely account updates
  • Supporting Strategic Account Manager for internal reporting and co-development of category annual plans in partnership.
  • Contributing to and driving retailer initiatives and providing relevant business inputs during annual retailer contract negotiations
  • Managing and executing against projects provided by General Managers in the region and providing insights to improve project performance & results
  • Working closely with cross-functional team to contribute insights and data for the development of Annual Customer Plans, Quarterly Business Reviews, Joint Business Plans and Collaborative Planning and Forecasting (CPFR) process
  • Working with Business Analytics teams to review and help drive projects that inform decision making
  • Working closely with Channel Marketing to measure and deliver against objectives relative to spend rates and acquisition costs
  • Preparing presentations and coordinating follow-ups for meetings with partners and key leaders, including identifying goals, agendas, content flow, and talking points
  • Creating business briefings and recaps to maintain clear communication with leadership teams and cross-functional partners
  • Developing and maintaining a good understanding of category strategy and business objectives
  • Applying comprehensive knowledge in Meta RL product specialization and market proposition relative to competition
Minimum Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Business or Marketing-related field or similar work experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management or Business Development with accounts in Mass, Consumer Electronics, Club or Dotcom channels.
  • Some knowledge of Consumer Electronic market, industry trends, market conditions and competitive landscape
  • Proven track record in delivery of sales quotas against business plans
  • Experience managing collaborative workload within timeframes
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Microsoft and all Google work applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience working in CE, digital currency industry
