Job Description:
We're looking for a strategic and innovative Product Manager to join the Recipient Select team-our flagship disbursement platform that empowers clients to pay recipients through the method of their choice, including Zelle, PayPal, Pay to Card, ACH, RTP, Check, and more. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the future of business-to-consumer and business-to-small-business payments at scale.
You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, compliance, and operations teams to deliver a seamless payment experience for end recipients and drive adoption among our enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Recipient Select in alignment with business goals and market needs.
• Client Experience: Develop intuitive, flexible, and secure experiences for recipients to select how they want to get paid-while ensuring high completion rates and satisfaction.
• Operations & Servicing: Collaborate with operations and servicing teams to ensure scalable support models, streamline issue resolution and incormorate frontline feedback into product enhancements.
• Risk & Compliance: Partner with risk, fraud, and compliance teams to ensure the platform meets evolving regulatory and security requirements.
• Partner Integration: Collaborate with internal and external partners to onboard and enhance new features, payment methods and geographies.
• Go-to-Market: Work closely with go-to-market, legal, and compliance teams to launch new capabilities and ensure readiness for client-facing teams.
• Analytics & Optimization: Define success metrics and use data to monitor performance, identify pain points, and continuously iterate on the product.

Desired Skills:
Ideal candidate will have:
• 2-3 years of product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$105,700.00 - $169,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
