The Global Card and Intelligent Payables product team is committed to driving digital payment adoption and creating innovative solutions that help our clients capture and manage spend. The Global Travel Solutions product team manages all solutions and integrations within the T&E space for Global Payment Solutions clients.

This role will support the Global Travel Product team by managing relationships with partners who provide our digital card solutions, being the subject matter expert for virtual cards, working with sales to identify opportunities for solution expansion that include virtual cards, and working with B2B product teams to create cross functional solutions. Additionally, this person will always be looking to reduce Bank and client risk, and increase client satisfaction, and drive revenue.

The individual must be comfortable working on technical projects, leading multi-discipline project teams, teaching non-technical partners, communicating value internally and externally, conducting stakeholder impact assessments, documenting business requirements and working with partners to create commercialization materials.

The candidate should have:

- Bachelor's degree

- 4+ years experience in product management and/or development

- Direct experience working in Commercial Card or Financial Services industry or payments background

- Experience managing a critical, large-scale application and third party relationships

- Demonstrated experience remediating a highly complex global program/product

- Tech development experience, understands Agile and the complexities of managing tech resources and budget

- Cannot be blind to risk when proposing and facilitating product enhancements while also knowing when to push chips in and go after solutions that will drive revenue

- Must be comfortable with making business decisions using general guidance from Legal, risk and industry partners

- Adept at designing communications to educate Product, Sales, Operations, and Credit partners

- Strategic thinker balanced with a tactical execution skillset

- Strong multi-tasker with ability to successfully manage various projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills

- Ability to work on cross-functional, global teams across multiple time zones and foster strong working relationships

- Flexible and adaptable team player

- Demonstrated leadership abilities

- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills to effectively work through complex challenges and project roadblocks, responding with the appropriate sense of urgency

- Self-starter with a desire to succeed, elevating themselves and others they work with to deliver exceptional results

- A passionate and motivated individual with a growth mindset and customer-focused

- Ability to work in office 3 days per week

Desired Skills:

- Understanding of Bank of America or similar financial institution

- Familiarity with Fintech offerings in the card industry

- Travel industry expertise

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$105,700.00 - $169,700.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
