Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
- Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
- Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
- Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
- Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
- Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
- Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of overall experience in support of information technology computer systems and databases.
- Six plus years working Experience of implementing Salesforce platform.
- Good understanding of salesforce sfdcforce.com and appexapp exchange.
- Good understanding of architecture solution technical architect visual force configuration and customization integration.
- Working Experience of salesforce REST API and Data Loaded.
- Should have experience force.com software solutions, including coding, testing and deployment.
- Demonstrable experience of implementing solutions using APEX and Visual force.
- Experience in developing and implementing force.com based applications.
- Understanding of SQL, experience with Oracle Database is a great plus.
- Knowledge about Salesforce Einstein, WAVE Analytics, and DevOps.
- Thrive in an energetic, fast-paced environment - learn and become productive quickly and meet team goals, can-do attitude, able to do what it takes to deliver. Desire to take on new challenges and deliver.
- Detailed oriented, quality conscious, with an eye toward simplicity.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Force.com developer and salesforce.com administrator certifications, sales and/or service cloud consultant certification can be a plus.
- Five plus years working Experience of implementing services with Mule ESB platform (3.9.x, 4.4 or higher) is a plus.
