Job Description:
As a Loan Document Administrator (LDS) your responsibilities include:
• Independently prepare standard to highly complex loan documents for Private Bank clients in accordance with Bank of America's policies and procedures.
• Interact with underwriting, in-house legal counsel and sales to ensure world class documentation accuracy.
• Review outside counsel prepared documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with credit approval.

Required skills:
- - Prior consumer and commercial loan documentation knowledge
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- - Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- - Ability to work in a team environment.
- - Detail-oriented
- - Proficient with MS Office
- - Work well under time constraints
Desired skills:
- - Prior Bank of America Private Bank or Commercial loan documentation experience
- - Loan documentation using HotDocs platform
- - Experience using Loan IQ
