Data Associate, Contacts

We are seeking a Data Associate, Contacts to research new contact information, maintain our database of contact information, conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot problems, and assist on related projects as needed. The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, knows how to prioritize workload based on importance, and can manage their own day to day workflow with minimal guidance. A successful day in this position is completing all in-bound requests in line with your KPIs, making measurable progress on special projects and assignments from leadership, and successfully collecting and auditing data within the database. This remote role is based in the US and will be working during East Coast hours.

What You'll Do:

Data Management:
  • Managing and fulfilling a queue of client requests for contact information data
  • Auditing data collected by a 3rd party vendor
  • Inputting results into internal systems
Communication and Correspondence:
  • Corresponding with clients regarding data requests and updates
  • Maintain a high volume of email correspondence on a daily basis to generate new contact information
Research and Analysis:
  • Utilize phone, web research, and email outreach to required data
  • Reviewing advertising trade publications and analyzing agency account changes
Operations Support and Process Improvement:
  • Assisting in executing strategic work and special projects as needed
  • Identify and escalate continuous improvement projects to enhance workflow, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Support ad hoc Operations functions including data set up, collection and maintenance
Requirements

Who You Are:
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Possess relevant experience in Contacts Management, Data Management, etc.
  • Proactively ask questions for clarity, communicate errors, and implement process improvements.
  • Actively utilize and provide feedback on the tools provided.
  • Exhibit the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, change-centric environment.
  • Maintain organization with a strong attention to detail.
  • Possess a strong sense of time management, able to manage discrete projects and daily tasks effectively.
  • Have a working knowledge of the Microsoft and Google Suite of programs.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Haves (but not required):
  • Experience in Marketing, Product, Direct Marketing, Agency, Advertising, or SaaS Data Business.
  • Experience in email campaign management and text manipulation data analysis.
  • Experience in online research and familiarity with SEO concepts.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, particularly in formulas, filters, VLOOKUPS, parsing, and pivot tables.
