The Distribution Specialist II validates, communicates and resolves issues with accounts. They check and release inventory as required.

• Has both complex and uncomplicated assigned accounts
• Has extensive job knowledge and skills required for Distribution Coordinator functions
• Performs daily tasks assigned with very little supervision
• Must be accurate, organized, handle deadlines, cross train on other accounts along with being a self-starter and motivated to keep up with all tasks that occur daily on their desk
• Must have good communication skills to work with purchasing and sales along with training with and problem solving with sales contacts in regard to account issues
• Other duties may be assigned

• Strong organization/time management skills.
• Typically, 2 or more years of experience in purchasing or accounting field.
• Strong word and excel experience.
• Requires HS Diploma.
• Office Environment
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
