The Administrative Assistant provides support to one or more managers and/or directors through a variety of tasks related to organization, coordination, and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

What you'll do as an Administrative Assistant:
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms and catering services.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, voice-mails, and written correspondence.
- Coordinate and track status of department initiatives and projects; follow-up on outstanding action items and reports status to manager.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, sessions, and other events.
- Gather statistical data for weekly/monthly reports, prepare, and distribute if needed.
- Compile documents and information including graphics and visuals.
- Maintain accurate files and records.
- Make photocopies and fax documentation as needed.
- Track and reconcile team/department expense reports.
- Order business cards, company stationary, office supplies, etc.
- Maintain sensitive and confidential information.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications you'll bring as an Administrative Assistant:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- College coursework, Associate's Degree, or business school training.
- Experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- MS Office experience.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to work in a diverse and fast paced environment.
- This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
