The Day-to-Day:
- Manage the front desk and provide a positive and memorable experience for guests
- Maintain security procedures and upkeep of front office
- Answer the main phone line and direct calls as need
- Organize mail
- Order and restock office supplies
- Ad-hoc projects as requested
