As a Recruiter at Maven, your main objective is to build a candidate network and place candidates in their dream role! This role is a high-touch, relationship-building role where the work you do makes a direct impact on the candidates and clients we work with. In this role, you will source candidates, coach them through the interview process, and partner with our team of Account Directors along the way. The ideal candidate has a passion for recruiting and thrives in a sales environment.

Role: Recruiter (full-time position)

Location: Remote, working Pacific Hours

Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission

  • Generate pipeline ideas to Account Directors by pitching your candidates and create processes that will help you organize and recall your candidates when new opportunities arise

  • Put in the time, energy and processes necessary to meet your sourcing and placement goals
  • Support the broader team by working "closest to the dollar" to close deals and achieve team goals

A Day in the Life:

  • Manage the candidate full life cycle process from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing offers for administrative professionals
  • Understand the needs of Maven's clients ranging from stealth-mode startups to world-wide venture capital firms to ensure a strong placement
  • Source qualified and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and cold calling; leverage warm connections and referrals
  • Educate, influence and coach candidates to set them up for success
  • Liaise with Account Directors to strategize on searches, provide pipeline, and drive results for clients

Desired Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience at a recruiting agency
  • Experience managing the full candidate life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, prepping, and closing candidates
  • Proficiency utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
