- Promptly greet employees and guests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing or responding as necessary.
- Handle daily mail and deliveries, ensuring prompt distribution.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Organize daily lunch orders and manage office supplies and snacks inventory.
- Process reception and food services expenses monthly.
- Assist with other projects or office tasks as required.
- Follow up on building and facility needs to ensure smooth operations.
