The Day-to-Day:
- Manage high-volume, time-sensitive administrative work
- Serve as the go-to point of contact and liaison for multiple executives
- Handle email coordination and communications
- Process expenses and coordinate travel accommodations
- Take on special projects as needed
- Reception coverage on a rotating basis
- Must have at least 2 years administrative experience
- Covid vaccine required
