Your Day-to-Day:
- Coordinate internal and external calendars.
- Plan and execute team building events, off-sites, and happy hours from start to finish.
- Arrange travel logistics and process expenses.
- Wear multiple hats including project management, scheduling, planning, calendaring, etc.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients by maintaining contact lists.
