Maven is looking for a Manager of Care Delivery to lead a team of dynamic Care Advocates and Care Coaches. Our Care Delivery team helps members navigate digital care and provides coaching to improve clinical outcomes and drive engagement. You will work alongside the management team to foster a strong team culture and ensure we continue to deliver high-quality, empathetic care for women and families in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

As a Manager of Care Delivery at Maven, you will:

  • Be the ultimate people manager. Conduct regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning to promote employee growth and high-impact performance across a team of Care Advocates and Care Coaches.
  • Learn the ins and outs of Maven’s business and the day-to-day Care Delivery responsibilities, diving in to directly master our family planning programs, communication channels, video appointment workflows, and performance management processes.
  • Lead by example to ensure a culture focused on empathetic care, ensuring that the needs of our members and providers are met in an exceptional manner.
  • Be responsible for achieving key performance indicators and coaching individual team members to drive clinical outcomes, engagement, member satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Monitor team practices to ensure adherence to Maven’s quality standards and operational SOPs.
  • Facilitate the team’s alignment with broader organizational objectives and effectively lead through change.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Product, Data, Engineering, and Client Success teams, acting as a liaison from the Member Operations team.
  • Participate in and lead team-specific and cross-functional member care–related projects, contributing to the achievement of OKRs from conception to execution.
  • Hold your team accountable for KPIs, while coaching individuals toward goal attainment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • 5–7 years of experience in allied health, human services, digital health or healthcare organizations, including at least 3 years of experience managing teams of at least 8-10 individuals.
  • Experience in family planning and maternal-child health areas such as pregnancy, fertility, benefits navigation, postpartum, options counseling, menopause, adoption, or surrogacy.
  • A strong sense of empathy applied to direct reports, members, and providers.
  • Savvy business judgment and the ability to support data-driven, results-oriented decision-making.
  • Experience in motivating a team to achieve KPIs, drive efficiency, and managing change.
  • The ability to create order from chaos and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to solve challenging problems directly.

Additional helpful experiences and skills:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Background or certification in health coaching.
  • Clinical licensure in nursing, social work, or another provider-related field.
  • Experience managing remote or internationally based employees.

The base salary range for this role is $106,000 - $115,000 per year. You will also be entitled to receive stock options and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.

This role requires active work authorization in the US.
