The Opportunity

Product Approval Coordinators manage and process global consumer products submissions for Mattel brands. This includes providing creative and brand feedback in the required amount of time, working with the global and regional creative teams to ensure creative direction is followed for priority licensees, coordinating final product images where needed, and supporting licensees on how to use the product approval system.

What Your Impact Will Be:

  • Daily management of product development and approvals in Brand Comply (online approval system)
  • Provide support to licensees in regards to Brand Comply
  • Coordinate with global and regional creative leads on priority licensees to ensure creative direction is executed
  • Collecting feedback from creative and territory managers on priority licensee product development, and delivering feedback to licensees
  • Organizing product images and line lists where needed
  • Creative onboarding for select licensing partners

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in licensed consumer products
  • Must be extremely organized and adept at multi-tasking
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Written and spoken in Spanish and/or Portuguese

Preferred:

  • Creative design or product development background
  • Operations experience
  • Process Improvement
