Mattel Poland is currently seeking for a passionate Junior Brand Manager for our office in Warsaw, who is eager to learn and develop himself or herself in a multinational and challenging environment.

As an Associate Brand Manager (Junior Brand Manager) you will be part of the Brand Activation local team, executing the marketing strategy for Mattel Dolls toys brands on a local level. The position will ensure effective, creative and efficient implementation of category strategies and marketing plans by working with agencies, visual merchandising teams and sales teams. As well as looking to maximize opportunities across content and retail landscapes. 

You will work closely with the Regional Brand team and local Marketing teams to support the Brand action plans and to ensure that the local marketing teams are strategically aligned with European strategies and initiatives as appropriate. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

  • Actively contribute to defining the medium-term strategy and business goals for the brand. 
  • ​​​​​​​Collaborate in shaping brand positioning and preparing broad-reaching communication campaigns. 
  • Develop actionable recommendations and implement initiatives based on market data, trend analysis, and consumer research. 
  • Analyze the effectiveness of executed marketing activities and provide insights for continuous improvement. 
  • Define and manage A&P Budget to ensure optimal resource allocation. 
  • Select the line by channel/ customer and manage product information, validate translations and localization of creative assets. 
  • Responsible for pricing, forecasting and following regional guidelines and quotas in conjunction with Sales 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media houses, and production studios. 
  • Foster effective communication and close collaboration with other departments to achieve common goals.

What we are looking for:

Education & Experience: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management or a related role 

Skills & Competencies: 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights. 
  • Proficiency in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. 
  • Budget management experience with an understanding of cost efficiency. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Creativity and problem-solving skills to contribute fresh ideas to the brand. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing tools is a plus. 
  • Fluent in Polish and advanced knowledge of English (min. B2)
