This role is instrumental in managing inventory distribution across the Greece, Turkey and South Africa markets, aligning with commercial priorities, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment to meet customer demand.

The Opportunity 
Reporting to the Customer Fulfillment Associate Manager, the Inventory Analyst will be responsible for overseeing inventory distribution, ensuring optimal stock availability through reservations and Distribution Center (DC) transfers. Additionally, this role will play a key part in supporting the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process by analyzing fill rates, identifying supply chain inefficiencies, and managing excess inventory disposition to drive overall supply chain efficiency and performance. 
 

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Ensure customer replenishment and setup requirements align with sales forecasts and orders.  

  • Optimize market inventory utilization to support commercial priorities.  

  • Provide accurate and timely visibility of current and projected stock levels to internal market stakeholders.  

  • Lead and facilitate weekly inventory meetings.  

  • Buy-off sub-regional demand plans, ensuring alignment with key metrics and commercial strategies while driving sub-regional S&OP.  

  • Enhance customer fulfillment through collaboration and continuous improvement in planning, ensuring seamless integration of S&OE into S&OP.  

  • Support team management and development within the Supply Chain function.  

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements for operational efficiency 


What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a Supply Chain or related discipline.  

  • 3–5 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or a related field.  

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.  

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret numerical data.  

  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and implications.  

  • Commercial acumen with a strategic mindset.  

  • Proficiency in Excel, COGNOS, Tableau, and AS400 is highly desirable.  

  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels. 

  • A proactive problem-solver, confident in recommending solutions to potential challenges.  

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.  

  • Honest, fair, and firm with strong integrity.  

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
