Title and Summary

Vice President, Product Management

Overview
The VP, Product Management plays a pivotal role in the Global Portfolio Optimization (GPO) team. This lead is responsible to drive enablement of portfolio performance management by leveraging advanced analytics to prioritize and accelerate opportunity conversion at scale. This lead will also act as broader Digital Transformation's most senior lead in the Lisbon Hub.

GPO Objectives directly supported:
1.Scale Optimization: Drive Expanded Engagement Model & develop tools that enable scalability (Performance Dashboards & Value Stories to all Account Teams/Issuers)
2.Evolve Capabilities: Develop capabilities to empower ability to drive performance (Enhanced Segmentation, Custom Analytics, Content Development/Automation & Measurement)
3.Expand Scope: Develop new opportunities & integrate into PO Methodology (Acquisition, SME, C2P, Commercial, MDES, increase Approval Rates & Fraud)

Main Responsibilities:
• Member of GPO Leadership Team & DT Most senior lead for Digital Transformation in Lisbon Hub.
• Owner of Key/Strategic Methodology Stage and Assets of Portfolio Optimization Methodology (Business Performance Management/Data/Insights/Data Anchored Value for Customers)
• Drive Development of Performance Analytics capabilities & tools, Road mapping and Co-Development in partnership with Data & Analytics (technical/data leads)
• Deliver BAU Performance Analytics output and develop new capabilities, expanded scope/KPIs, etc. Leveraging research, analytics and industry insights to create value for clients
• Delivery of Annual Portfolio Optimization Opportunity Sizing & Prioritization Output & Packaging/Maintenance
• Data Visualization of Data Output & Efficient Delivery of output to Key Regional & Functional Stakeholders
• Global KPI Definition, Management & Insight & Recommendations Development- Identify, prioritize the challenges that stand in the way of customer efficiency, growth and sustainability.
• Drive Innovation/Evolution of existing solutions to deepen impact of Performance Management & Opportunity Conversion- Drive immediate enhancements and scaling of such, but also parallel development of next generation capabilities (Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Expanded Segments, scope & KPI Integration)
• Manage team of 4 direct reports and provide thought leadership across GPO Global and Regional Teams

Main Requirements for the Role/All About You:
• Leadership, Seniority, Business/MC Acumen. General Management Perspective with Strong Business/Technical/Data Understanding and People Manager
• Strong Analytical/Data Skills, Experience with Benchmark Analytics a plus. Understanding of Data Management and Evolution of Solutions (Dashboards, Data Automation, Capability development, etc)
oBusiness Requirements Owner/Definitions - to work with Data Technology team(s) to deliver and evolve output and team solutions and capabilities
oManage Global Optimization Dashboard - key asset to product Benchmarks/Insights & Recommendations for GPO Team and internal/External stakeholders.
• Understanding of Customer (Issuer) Needs, how do we leverage Data/Benchmark Analytics to drive performance management opportunity conversion
• Solid Data Visualization & Data Packaging, at least understanding/guidance of others for this purpose.
• Superior Thought Leadership - Strategic & Conceptual Thinking with strength in Management of Key Initiatives and a results-driven/executional Mindset.
• Very Strong Communication Skills, Ability to simplify complex context/technical solutions
• Agile, Flexible, Results Oriented, partnership Approach. Very strong interpersonal skills, covering but not limited to ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage internal stakeholders
• Strong People Leadership (Team leader, Developer, Motivator) and also excellent Stakeholder Management
