About the role
We are looking for a talented, experienced market researcher with a commercial focus for the UK&I team based out of London. The role involves:
• Working with ARC UK&I Solutions Lead to identifying opportunities for innovative research approaches and support overall growth of ARC for UK&I region
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to scope and design research engagements as part of both standalone and cross-disciplinary projects
• Developing compelling pitch presentations for client engagements, ensuring alignment between client requirements and ARC deliverables
• Managing project timelines, budgets, risks and deliverables across multiple initiatives
• Collaborating with international teams and third parties to deliver high quality, impactful results at pace and cost-effectively
• Managing reporting and updates for internal stakeholders, including compiling and analysing performance data, preparing monthly updates, and periodic business reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement

All About You
3-6 years' experience in MCA (preferred) or at a consultancy firm or market research institute handling customer success, business development or commercial functions
Proficient in crafting compelling pitch decks and presentations for client engagements, with an expertise for storytelling
Skilled in managing reporting for internal stakeholders, analysing performance data to track progress and drive continuous improvement
Knowledge of qualitative/quantitative research tools would be an advantage

All About Your Education & Skills
Project management experience with an ability to manage several projects at the same time
Strong collaboration and communication skills to actively participate as a team member on client calls, internal team meetings and workshops
Commercial Acumen and background in Strategy development. Fluent English required, other languages desirable
Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or equivalent experience
