As a Product Manager within the European SME team, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting the SME product strategy and execution roadmap across the region. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational discipline and is excited about making a real impact on how SMEs manage payments and access digital financial solutions.

Your Role
• Support the European SME Product Line Strategy (PLS), ensuring alignment with Mastercard's broader commercial and digital objectives.
• Assist in the execution of core product initiatives, including enhancements to existing offerings and development of new value-added services and partnerships for SMEs.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of product value propositions across different distribution channels and types of customers, based on research, insights, and market needs.
• Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to inform prioritization, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, legal, analytics, commercialization and global product teams) to support go-to-market efforts and product launches.
• Provide product expertise and respond to customer requests related to SME core products and the Product Line Strategy (PLS), supporting external partners such as Issuers, Acquirers, Fintechs, and others with timely and accurate input.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and SME trends across Europe to ensure our product strategy remains relevant and differentiated.
• Support internal communications and stakeholder updates on SME initiatives and outcomes.

All About You
• Strong understanding of the SME segment and its needs in payments, cash flow, and digital services.
• Experience in product management, commercial strategy, or partnership development, ideally in fintech, B2B platforms, or digital payments.
• Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into compelling product strategies and propositions.
• Skilled in structuring and delivering cross-functional initiatives with attention to execution detail.
• Collaborative and confident in working across regional and global teams.
• Excellent communication skills for both strategic and operational discussions.
• Organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.
