Overview: The North America Senior Manager, Product Marketing - Core, is responsible for supporting our Core Products strategy and execution in the US market. This role requires a leader who can design and implement an effective product strategy, including end-to-end go-to-market plans, issuer and channel marketing, events, lead generation, usage campaigns, and social media.

Role: The North America Senior Manager for Core Products will design effective marketing strategies and lead execution for our Consumer Credit, Pre-paid, Debit, Installments, and other Core solutions. This includes launching new products and benefits, creating comprehensive product narratives, and managing cross-functional collaboration, agency relationships, and budgets. Additionally, this person will elevate the B2B Brand by managing marquee events for the region. The role involves close collaboration with the B2B marketing, Product, Consumer Marketing, and Sponsorships teams to develop and amplify creative campaigns that align with our brand and business goals. This position supports the US Director of Product Marketing - Core Solutions, and reports to the Vice President of B2B, Product, and Events Marketing.
All About You:
• Do you understand the Financial Payments landscape and enjoy challenging the status quo, building strategies from scratch, and creating cohesive product narratives that enable our issuers and elevate the brand?
• Do you enjoy working with multiple partners across the region to build campaigns and amplify the success of our solutions?
• Do you have prior experience leading Customer, Prospect, Channel, and/or Product Marketing with a proven record of success in KPIs such as lead generation, usage, and spend increase?
• Are you skilled in managing multiple agency relationships to drive efficiencies and effectiveness?
• Do you have excellent project management skills?
• Are you adept at fostering relationships and collaborating across a matrix organization, managing stakeholders effectively?
• Do you have experience in managing and executing tradeshows, conferences, and/or experiential events? (This is a plus)
• Do you have 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Financial Services?
• Are you passionate about driving change and building a collaborative teamwork culture?
• Do you make data-driven decisions based on research and insights

THIS POSITION MUST BE BASED IN OUR PURCHASE LOCATION - We are hybrid with 3 days in office

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
