About the Role:
We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you'll own the end-to-end strategy and execution of new product launches. You'll craft messaging and positioning, drive production of high-quality sales enablement, help our industry expansion efforts, and turn top customers into evangelists. You will work closely with the sales, customer success, product, and marketing orgs and play a critical role in taking the company through the upcoming growth phase.

You'll thrive in this role if you're passionate about product marketing, are excited to bring your expertise into a supportive, fast-paced environment, and are eager to learn. This is an Individual Contributor role reporting into the Director of Product Marketing.

What You'll Do :

  • Product Launches: Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution for key product areas and features. Create and maintain project plans to ensure GTM activities are completed on time and aligned across teams.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions based on customer and market insights. Transfer knowledge to the Marketing and Revenue organizations and build plans to achieve and exceed business objectives.
  • Market & Competitor Insights: Drive market and competitor insights through structured win/loss analysis and a competitive intelligence program to inform positioning, enablement, and GTM strategy.
  • Content Generation: Partner with Demand Generation, Content Marketing and Design to deliver high-quality product marketing materials and collateral for sales and content to deliver high-quality sales and customer-facing product marketing materials.
  • Customer Engagement: Stay close to customer feedback, needs, and behaviors to inform messaging and collateral. Collaborate with Product and Solutions teams to deeply understand value and translate that into powerful stories.
  • Events & Conferences: Work with Demand Generation, Sales, Marketing, Partners and Customer Success teams to manage the event strategy, messaging, collateral, and evangelize the product portfolio at key events.
  • Sales Enablement: Ensure sales clearly understands and is able to articulate product positioning and differentiators. Assist with delivering sales enablement training sessions for new hires and on new product features/releases, along with supporting tools such as presentations, datasheets, and canned demos scripts.
  • Industry Positioning: Work with our Line of Business subject matter experts and our Solutions Consultants to tailor content and strong narratives to our target industries (e.g., Financial Services, Aerospace & Defense, Technology, Life Sciences, Government)

Who You Are:

You're an experienced product marketer with...

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or closely related fields, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven results working in an agile, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills. You're comfortable owning a timeline and wrangling stakeholders
  • Expert communication and writing skills, attention to detail, and a history of strong cross-functional collaboration
  • A curious, collaborative, and eager-to-learn mentality. You ask great questions and seek to improve
  • Master prioritization skills who knows how to intelligently management your time and context-switch throughout your day
  • Experience working with a lean marketing team - you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, take initiative, and get things done

Nice to Have:

  • Supply chain risk management experience is a plus.
  • Experience running research, qualitative and quantitative, to understand the market and the customer
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with Product teams to influence roadmap and value articulation.
  • Industry or Partner marketing experience

Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 USD (depending on experience and location)
  • Variable Compensation: Performance-based annual bonus
  • Equity: Stock options included as part of total compensation package
  • We believe in rewarding great work with competitive, transparent compensation. Final offer will be based on skills, experience, and geographic location.

Work Environment, Location and Travel:
This is a remote-first role open to candidates legally authorized to work in the United States. Employees may optionally work from our Arlington, VA HQ. This position may require up to 10% travel. Frequent travel is outside the local area and overnight.
