All About the Role

The Senior Business Analyst (L7) within the APM team will play a crucial role in driving business analysis and project management efforts to support the team's strategic objectives. This position requires a highly analytical individual with strong business acumen and the ability to manage complex projects and initiatives.

All About You

Conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and define project scope.
Create and present reports and dashboards to senior management.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Provide support for the implementation of new systems and processes.
Monitor and evaluate project performance, and make recommendations for improvements.

All About Your Education & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field;
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Cards and Payments.
