Job Description:
Work as a support IT analyst in BDS (Business Develiry Service) for ERP (SAP) and NON ERP applications focused into Manufacturing, Quality and Plant Maintenance business functions.
What are we looking for?
- IT Background and Experience Make SAP (MM, PM, PP) Knowledge;
- Experience on: Supporting, developing or been member on projects, around application services;
- ITIL, PMI, Agile, DevOps, Scrum knowledge
- Vendor and Stakeholder management
- Fluent in English.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Global Product Management
- Manage the demand with the business (CIPs, projects, major incidents, special requests), including address Escalation of incidents/requests/problems/demands from business, supported by a Product Senior Analyst.
- Document solutions developed according to the defined rules in place, to assure global supportability
- Participate and collaborate on a Community of Practices related to its functional and technical areas
- Assist with change management activities, including releases and production slots.
- Responsibility on keeping financial health per application as well as plan next year budget in partnership of leadership
- Lead global functional and technical projects/activities
- Strong collaboration with business to translate business functional requirements into actual practical and working IT solution specifications and assuring a high level of satisfaction from the customers;
- Manage and execute minor technical design, development and configuration activities for products and services on
- Identify and develop automation opportunities across the business processes and internal processes.
- Identify, propose and develop improvements for product and services as part of Problem Management process.
- Drive big activities with potentially high impact (for example: Security Patches, Disaster recovery Implementation).
- For Licenses management, guarantee we will have appropriate visibility on it and manage it in a efficient way;
- involvement on minor programs/projects to provide functional and technical expertise, collaborating with since the design until go live of products, including Service Introduction role;
- Improve the collaboration
- Work with other teams to improve the application stability, processes and drive automation;
- Guarantee application Service Review with vendor to monitor and adjust KPI's delivery and ensure the contract is been properly executed as expected.
- Global Vendor management
- Service management with 3rd Party vendors based on role model operational excellence, with overall accountability on the metrics for service (SLAs. Availability, performance, etc)
- Development management with 3Rd Party vendors based on role model development excellence, with overall accountability on metrics for development
- Transfer low value adding activities from current associate to managed services;
- Manage relationships with vendors and perform monthly global service reviews;
- Be accountable for the global team metrics and service level;
- Highlight identified opportunities to LM and a improvement plan proposal;
- Challenge vendors on automation opportunities and monitor its progress
- Be Escalation point for all Product Managers in case of Operational problems and be the main point of contact to vendor in Mars to address any topic or escalation;
- Communicate with vendor to provide news/updates from Mars/MGS/BDS side;
- Run RFP process (if necessary & together with your LM), for the IT solutions in scope, following official bidding commercial procedure;
- Work with Finance team and run all finance related questions (PO, Invoices, etc.), budget planning and compliance.
