P&O Business Partner, M&M'S Ecosystem
As P&O Business Partner at Mars, you would be responsible for advising on HR policy and assisting with implementation of HR procedures and processes. You would work directly with the organization's leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports the organizational goals.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Develop functional or operational policies and help develop policy frameworks for area of responsibility or department.
- Identify requirements for Human Resources frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, career and succession planning, compensation and benefits, diversity, employee on- and offboarding, and retention of talent, within an important area of responsibility to meet business or institutions needs. Enable the attraction, development, and retention of talent at a sustainable cost.
- Specify the design and manage development and implementation, ensuring compliance with external requirements and integration with the broader HR policy framework.
- Provide authoritative specialist advice to senior managers at the business unit or regional level to enable the implementation of policy, projects, and change initiatives
- Develop and investigate multiple hypotheses, using a wide range of HR data to diagnose underlying causes of key business issues and identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and/or improve business performance.
- Manage relationships with strategic internal clients and act as a business partner to them, mobilizing appropriate internal and/or external resources to support in delivering business strategy and plans.

Strong strategic HRBP experience within the retail industry
Experience driving people agenda around talent, growth strategy, and transformation, etc
Digital transformation work highly preferred
Franchise licensing experience highly preferred
