Our client, a leader in aerospace technologies, is seeking a Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Systems Engineering department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for technology which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Sr. Advanced Systems Engineer
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid - Onsite/WFH)
Pay Range: $75/hr
What's the Job?
- Lead requirements for Verification and Validation for Military Environmental Control Systems in accordance with ARP4754.
- Provide strategic direction for systems engineering activities, aligning them with the company's goals and objectives.
- Drive systems integration and architecture development.
- Mentor and develop team capabilities while effectively coordinating with multi-disciplinary design teams.
- Present complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.

What's Needed?
- Experienced in System Requirements and Verification and Validation Process (V&V).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
