Our client, an industry leader in the development of residential glass for windows and doors, is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join their team. As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be part of the Tomah, WI location supporting smart window cell assembly.
Job Title: Senior Process Engineer
Location: Tomah, WI 54660
Pay Range: $110k-$145K (dependent on experience)
What’s the Job?
- Assist in the installation of next generation liquid crystal display equipment.
- Conduct several tolerance analyses for the cell assembly process to ensure product specifications
- Assist in validation of production line through IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ processes.
- Analyze existing processes and suggest equipment modifications to increase machine efficiency, reduce downtime, and reduce changeover time.
- Travel up to 10% to other local production facilities and partners (domestic & international)
What’s Needed?
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing/Industrial, or Chemical Manufacturing only
- 5+ years of relevant experience within a clean room environment (medical device, semiconductor, panel display industries)
- Hands on experience with IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ
- Someone with the drive to mentor junior engineers
- Vacuum chambers knowledge/experience (very helpful) or dispensing technologies knowledge/experience (very helpful)
