We are searching for an experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join a growing team in Neenah, WI. As a Sales Representative, you will be part of the sales department supporting various product lines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to teamwork which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Establish, develop, and maintain working relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote and cross-sell product lines to customers, identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Provide timely customer support, addressing inquiries regarding products and installations.
- Manage accounts of various sizes, ensuring sales reports are monitored regularly.
- Conduct outbound prospecting and thoroughly investigate leads to understand sales opportunities.

What's Needed?
- High school diploma or its equivalent.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of company products and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management systems.
- Ability to operate various types of office equipment and communicate effectively.
