Manager Global Sustainability Data

Manpower in partnership with Ball Corporation in Westminster, CO is looking for a Global Sustainability Manager to work a 4-month contract position through the end of the year.  

This is remote position that will work with a Data Analyst that resides in Serbia and a V.P. that resides in Germany.   Prefer someone who resides in Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones.  

Hours:  8am to 5pm
Pay:  $60 - $65/hour based on experience

Develop and implement strategies to minimize the company's environmental impact and promote sustainable business practices worldwide. You will help work to reduce waste, improve resource efficiency, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. 

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs):

Monitoring progress towards sustainability goals and reporting on key metrics.

• Conducting audits:

               Ensuring that sustainability initiatives are implemented effectively and that the

               company is meeting goals



Limited Assurance:

• Limited assurance engagements provide a lower level of confidence in the accuracy of sustainability information compared to reasonable assurance. 
• Assurance providers perform procedures like interviewing management, reviewing methodologies, and conducting analytical reviews to check for material misstatements. 

Emissions Testing:

• Gather and verify data related to greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3). 
• This can involve reviewing documentation, checking calculations, analyzing trends, and validating data sources. 

Desired Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience with Sustainability Data
• 2 years of experience reporting Sustainability Metrics
• 2 years of experience with Global Sustainability Disclosures/Rules
• Must have Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
