As a Computer IT specialist, you will be part of a dynamic department supporting various online sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hazelwood, NC

Pay Range: $18.00

Shift: Days

What's the Job?

• Manage and troubleshoot computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Support online sales operations through effective IT solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance eBay sales strategies.
• Implement software updates and maintain system security.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience in IT support and computer systems management.
• Familiarity with eBay and online sales platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
