Senior Manager, Internal Employee Communications

Lytx is has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented storyteller to help develop outstanding internal communications that inform and inspire Lytx employees! As a Senior Manager, Internal Communications, you will develop and build content for business-related internal communications campaigns and pivotal initiatives. We regularly produce a variety of content types for communication channels including email, digital signage, presentations and the intranet. The ideal person has a consistent track record of absorbing business information and building a clear, tangible narrative for internal audiences and prospective employees.

You'll Get To:

  • Engage with executives and internal clients to craft messaging and narratives that contextualize day-to-day operations and goals with our broader strategy.
  • Develop written content for internal communications including emails, key messaging documents, presentations, intranet stories, etc.
  • Develop communications that ensure awareness and understanding of organizations priorities, initiatives and internal changes.
  • Build and deliver communications plans that integrate into the internal communications strategy - taking ownership of tactics and outcomes and measuring their impact.
  • Serve as a communications partner to leaders and provide advice and mentorship that reflects an understanding of their business and leadership style.
  • Written content should be clear, concise, engaging and in line with our internal tone of voice.
  • Draft content that effectively communicates across all channels to engage target audiences across multiple locations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Public Relations or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 10 + years track record writing internal communications for business and partnering with senior leaders
  • Experience in a similar role, with a focus on employee experience and internal communications
  • Outstanding writing and visual storytelling skills
  • Strong understanding employee dynamics and the ability to navigate and influence in a large, global environment
  • Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives with tight deadlines
  • Proven understanding of change management
  • Understand the difference between an internal and external message and can adapt communications accordingly

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$126,500.00 - $159,500.00
