Senior Channel Sales Executive

You will assist in the sales process to ensure partner satisfaction, increase revenue and develop and build professional relationships to drive sales. You'll Get To:

  • Align accurately with resellers, knowing their core values, strategic differentiators and their overall vision
  • Re-establish and build new partner relationships with Geotab and Resellers
  • Facilitate trainings with partners on sales life cycle from discovery, Demo, Trail, Close and Customer Maintenance
  • Facilitate and coordinate support for Resellers and Customers through external and internal relationship building
  • Lead partner planning processes to identify and develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical achievements associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Handle objections and challenges that clash with other sales channels by encouraging excellent communication internally and externally, adhering to channel rules of engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and support managers to build and implement business strategies to increase awareness and recognition and improve sales
  • Travel up to 50% of the time

  • Earn $80K base + commission plan with an OTE of $160K

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of indirect channels sales, inside sales, partner or client management experience
  • Telematics experience is helpful, with a strong understanding of industry drivers, market conditions, and the competitive landscape
  • Experience with various forms of training and engagement for content delivery; virtual, in-person, and digital
  • Strong communication; verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced highly collaborative team culture

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring salary for this position is:
$80,000.00 - $80,000.00
