Key Account Manager (Enterprise)

As a Sr. Key Account Managers (KAM), you are a key contributor to growing and improving our existing customer base and driving customer retention and expansion through top sales tactics, negotiating, and optimization of Lytx products. Ideal candidates must excel at upselling new solutions, understanding client needs, and aligning offerings within safety, IT and operations departments.

As part of our Lytx Direct Sales Team you'll ensure our highly valued clients achieve extraordinary results by configuring the right solutions to meet their business needs and reach their highest return on investment. You get to help clients understand how to increase value from our products. Because of the work you'll do, fleets will identify risk, stay safer, optimize efficiency and gain greater productivity.

You'll Get To:
  • Proactively seek opportunities for expansion, upgrade, and renewal opportunities within the Enterprise client base
  • Lead sales pursuits and strategy, while using key internal resources to provide valuable and compelling solutions and sales plans
  • Design and plan assigned client account strategies, educating clients about our newest technology with occasional onsite travel as needed
  • Become a trusted advisor to executive-level decision makers
  • Build proposals and contract renewals with migration plans to new technology
  • Develop strategies to build and lead pipeline and meet short-term and long-term sales goals
  • Independently prepare and align cross-functional support to solve sophisticated problems, influence and win deals
  • Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
  • Minimum 6 years consultative sales or account management experience, including 3-5 years in enterprise sales in SaaS or fleet industry preferred
  • Shown success building and handling pipeline to achieve targets; running sales cycle for enterprise level deals, focusing on value, engagement with senior level decision makers, organizational change, and partner/leadership selling
  • Dedicated sales professional with executive level communication; working cross-functionally and possess the strive to consistently over-achieve quotas
  • Highly organized with the ability to keep a pulse on multiple accounts and handle exciting, time critical priorities efficiently
  • Outstanding relationship building strategies with clients and cross-functional departments
  • Interest in continuous deep technical learning
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Experience in telematics industry or related SaaS solutions a plus
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%)

This role is paid a flat rate, in addition to being eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The flat rate is:
$110,000.00
