Your Impact
The Business-to-Business (B2B) Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of all direct-to-business marketing communications to drive loyalty among homeowners. Leveraging customer insights, understanding the competitive landscape and working with cross-functional partners, the Manager will be responsible for driving awareness/engagement, lead conversion and sales building long term customer retention/value. This position will strategically support and enable the sales organization along with build brand awareness and on-going sales campaigns within key segments and strategic partners.

What You Will Do

  • Understands the customer needs / opportunities in specific segment(s) and sets the audience targets and priorities used by the entire enterprise to grow market share across unique and ownable customer journeys.
  • Provides competitive analysis and demonstrates industry knowledge to ensure customer and audience strategy capabilities meet or exceed department objectives.
  • Applies understanding of modern marketing solutions (e.g., data-enabled personalization) and traditional business to business channels during campaign planning.
  • Develops and implements results-oriented campaigns by continuously analyzing data, identifying trends, and championing continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Manages a team of assistant marketing managers/analysts to unlock and scale the audience driven strategies with focus on driving awareness, lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Works closely with the sales organization, marketing operations team, media and brand engagement teams to operationalize and execute the work.
  • Works with Director to refine the annual marketing calendar that will drive sales and build the brand - leading the development of briefs and serving as the integrator across marketing and broader organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Merchandising, Marketing or relevant field and 6 Years Overall Marketing experience.
  • 3 Years Brand or integrated marketing leadership experience for consumer brands or retailer.
  • 1-2 Years Experience in driving product marketing strategy that builds products and solutions and communicates a solution-oriented narrative.
  • 2 Years Experience writing strategic briefs and working cross-functionally and leading brand marketing or integrated teams.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into simple ideas.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Preferred Skills/Education

  • 1-2 Years supporting a sales organization with direct B2B experience.
  • 1-2 Years Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • 1-2 Years Experience working in retail, hospitality, or other similar size and complexity organization.
  • 1-2 Years Experience working in Customer Marketing function in any capacity with proven knowledge of data-driven marketing activation.
