The Role
We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as the Head of Brand Management. This role is responsible for developing and executing our brand strategy, enhancing our brand visibility, and positioning us as an industry leader. The Head of Brand Management will lead the efforts to create a cohesive and compelling brand narrative across all channels and touchpoints.
We’ll trust you to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, global brand strategy that aligns with the firm’s strategic vision and business goals.
- Lead the brand management efforts, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Establish a defendable brand platform, both visual and written.
- Ensure consistent application of visual style and tone of voice.
- Engineer scalable processes to maintain global brand consistency.
- Manage relationship with external design team.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop impactful messaging for public relations and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage all brand-related activities to ensure consistency with firm standards and regulatory compliance, as well as across the brand platform including digital, print and physical formats.
- Drive the firm's visibility and reputation in collaboration with our media relations and thought leadership initiatives.

You'll need to have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in brand management and strategy development.
- Proven experience in brand management and strategy development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent writing, creative, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong skills in organization, prioritization, and time management.
- Detail-oriented and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $300,000-$340,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
