Program Overview: The Lincoln Center Internship Program is a paid, in-person arts administration internship designed for NYC-based undergraduate and graduate students seeking meaningful, real-world experience in the cultural sector. This program cultivates the next generation of leaders by offering hands-on work opportunities and access to professionals across the arts and culture field.

This intern will support Lincoln Center Immersive, an Arts x Technology-focused initiative, and contribute to the creative and technical development of immersive experiences. Learn more about the program at LincolnCenter.org/.

Interns gain access to:

• Meaningful in-person work experience in the arts and culture sector
• Professional development workshops focused on career readiness
• A vibrant community of peers and program alumni
• A Conversation Series featuring leaders across Lincoln Center
• Access to special events that reflect Lincoln Center's mission as the world's leading performing arts center

• Assisting with campus scanning and other Arts x Technology creation processes
• Assist Associate Director and Line Producers on producing AR, VR, XR experiences at Lincoln Center in all aspects
• Testing applications on smartphones and taking detailed notes for the programming manager and artists to inform app refinement
• Supporting re-testing and improvement of digital experiences
• Conducting preliminary research on trends in Arts and Technology, such as VR, AR, and XR
• Opportunity working directly with artists on the creative and delivery process on AR, VR, XR and other arts technology projects

• A rising college junior or senior, or equivalent
• Based in New York City or the Greater NYC area
• Available to work in-person office hours a few days each week, 20 hours per week from September-December 2025, occasional nights and weekends
• A self-starter who also thrives in team environments
• Passionate about arts, leadership, and community impact
• Excited by the intersection of arts and technology, especially immersive media such as VR/AR/XR
• Experienced with or exposure to technology exhibitions or interactive digital projects
• Exemplary at teamwork, organization, innovation, resilience, inclusivity, and enthusiasm
