Program Overview: The Lincoln Center Internship Program is a paid, in-person arts administration internship designed for NYC-based undergraduate and graduate students seeking meaningful, real-world experience in the cultural sector. This program cultivates the next generation of leaders by offering hands-on work opportunities and access to professionals across the arts and culture field.
As part of this program, Guest Experience Interns will join the Guest Experience team, supporting visitor services, public engagement, and operations both behind the scenes and on-site at events. Learn more about the program at LincolnCenter.org/Internship.

What you'll get to do:
- Learn unique insights into the various operations of the Guest Experience team, ranging from both front of house performance operations management, to non-performance customer service and administrative duties.
- Assisting and contributing to creating a positive and memorable guest experience
- Assist with staff training preparation, scheduling, and materials development
- Provide administrative support for CenterCharge operations, including:
- Responding to guest emails and phone calls
- Updating internal staff documents
- Support with scheduling requests as needed
- Support with additional projects as needed
You'll be a great fit if are:
- A college junior, graduate student, or recent graduate, studying hospitality, arts administration, event management, or a related field
- Based in New York City or the Greater NYC area
- Available to work in-person, 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm occasional evening/weekends hours from September-December 2025
- Experienced or comfortable with:
- Customer and guest service
- Public interaction and large crowds
- Multi-tasking and problem solving
- Taking initiative and demonstrating leadership
- Comfort with general computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Zoom)
- Tessitura and Zoom Contact Center experience is a plus but not required
- A self-starter who also thrives in team environments
