Program Overview: The Lincoln Center Internship Program is a paid, in-person arts administration internship designed for NYC-based undergraduate and graduate students seeking meaningful, real-world experience in the cultural sector. This program cultivates the next generation of leaders by offering hands-on work opportunities and access to professionals across the arts and culture field.

As part of this program, this intern will support the Young Artist Pipeline program on the Education & Community Engagement team, contributing to youth-focused programming, artist development initiatives, and departmental coordination. Learn more about the program at LincolnCenter.org/Internship.

What you'll get to do:

• Maintain communications with program participants via email
• Support registration and attendance tracking for Young Artist Pipeline (YAP) programs
• Manage supplies and program inventory
• Interact directly with youth and teen participants
• Attend internal meetings; assist with note-taking and scheduling
• Perform coordinator-level administrative and logistical tasks
• Assist with other education and engagement programs including:
  • Kenan Fellowship
  • NextGen Changemakers Summit
  • NextGen Artist Corps
  • Boot Camp
  • Other seasonal events and initiatives led by the Education & Community Engagement team

You'll be a great fit if you are:

• A college student with an interest in arts education, pedagogy, or youth development
• Based in New York City or the Greater NYC area
• Available to work in-person for 20 hours per week from September-December 2025
• Available to work 1-2 weekdays and select Saturdays throughout the program period
• Available Wednesday afternoons to participate in internship program workshops
• Comfortable interacting with youth and teen audiences
• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to support event logistics and program coordination
• A team player who enjoys dynamic, fast-paced environments
