As a Bidding Intelligence PM at Liftoff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and shipping our roadmap. You'll work on many areas of an exciting and cutting edge product area, such as testing novel strategies on how we should bid on users, analyzing real time market data to adjust our bidding strategy, and researching and building new machine learning models to power new bidding systems.

Responsibilities
- Develop new product ideas and experimentation plans via brainstorming, market research, and deep analysis
- Work with a world class team of engineers who are strong in both machine learning and software engineering
- Work with your team to deliver pragmatic machine learning solutions to large complex problems
- Partner with analysts to analyze market / internal data and build data visualizations to surface new product ideas and inform new experiments and research
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working closely with software and machine learning engineers and shipping technical data driven products
- A strong mathematics, computer science, and/or machine learning background
- Strong analytical reasoning and cost-benefit analysis
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills
- SQL and basic proficiency with a scripting language (e.g. Python, R)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience in analytics, mobile advertising, or machine learning at scale is a plus.

Location:
This role eligible for full-time remote work in one of our entities: CA, CO, ID, IL, FL, GA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TX, UT, and WA. We are a remote-first company with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and NYC.
Compensation:
Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Base compensation will vary based on candidate location and experience. The following are our base salary ranges for this role:
SF Bay Area, NYC, Los Angeles/Orange County: $190,000 - $220,000
Seattle/Olympia, Austin, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Boston: $175,000 - $205,000
All other cities and towns in our approved states: $160,000 - $190,000
