Role Details
ERM is a second line of defense for the Enterprise functions and Accounts. They work closely with the Functions/Accounts on risk identification, risk assessment, transaction monitoring, testing and continuous transaction monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Work with Functions on risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Helps prepare and executes continuous monitoring and stress testing programs and analyze data
- Works on automation/AI initiatives
- Prepare management review dashboards and keep them updated
Addtional Responsibilites
- Should have good attention for details, good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of management.
- Ability to work in high pressure environments and deliver high quality work
- Aptitude and ability to identify risks, perform analytics and provide solutions
- Any exposure to risk management is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of excel, power BI, MS Office
- Should be self-motivated and willingness to learn.
